Wermers Properties has partnered with Watermarke Properties to develop The Metro, a retail and residential center located in the heart of the revitalized Main Street Corridor just off Highway 91 in Corona, California. With a total of 868 apartment units and over 70,000 square feet of retail, the location will feature top retail and restaurant establishments.

Demolition of the existing shopping center and grading has begun generating interest from some of the largest retail players in the market.
“The Metro is going to attract restaurant and retail tenants that wish to cater to this established, growing community which is undergoing revitalization in it’s vibrant downtown district,” said Steve Castellanos of Coldwell Banker Commercial-Sudweeks Group, the retail brokers for the project.
The property will offer three apartment complexes, with the first phase Artisan (404 units) completed in 2013. The second phase includes two apartment complexes with retail and restaurant establishments, and convenient access to the Metro Link.
In addition to its mix-use amenities onsite, The Metro will feature a contemporary design throughout the property.
