Wermers Multi-Family Corporation has announced framing is officially underway at The Lofts at Carlsbad Village! Located at 1040 Carlsbad Village Drive, The Lofts is a premier mixed-use project that includes 106 residential apartment units with ocean views west of Interstate 5 in Carlsbad, CA. The Lofts is a podium project with a 3-story, Type VA residential building over a 2-story, Type 1A parking structure and retail center.
The project also includes construction of the lushly landscaped private courtyards, as well as the exclusive amenity spaces which include an entertainment clubroom with indoor/outdoor dining, full fitness gym with outdoor workout area, an innovative co-working space, and soaking pool. Construction is estimated to be completed by late next year.
