Wermers Multi-Family Corporation has completed another successful building project. Mission Lofts Apartments is a 212-unit apartment project located on Mission Inn Avenue in Riverside, CA. With the completion of Mission Lofts, the 62-year old multi-family building company is proud to continue its unrivaled legacy. The lead for the project was Mr. James Barry Weber, Wermers’ Vice President of Construction for eighteen years and a 35-year veteran of the multi-family construction industry.
Mission Lofts includes studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartment units with open floor plans and modern finishes and fixtures. All units come with quartz countertops and wood plank-style flooring, as well as 9’-10’ foot high ceilings and stainless steel appliances. The project contains several amenity spaces including a fitness center, resort-inspired pool and spa, club room, and a dog park with wash station.
