The nationally-ranked and awarded multi-family general contractor, Wermers Multi-Family Corporation, completed construction of The Crossings of Chino Hills – a 3-story, garden-style community of 346 units across eighteen buildings with tuck-under garages. Wermers also built the 3,500 SF clubhouse, fitness center, and pool area, as well as several active amenity spaces including a tot lot, soccer park, dog park, and bocce ball court.

Wermers Multi-Family Corporation began construction in Spring of 2017 and completed the project in March 2019. The project team was led by Barry Weber, Wermers’ Vice President of Construction for nearly twenty years and an industry leader with over thirty years of experience in the multi-family industry.

Wermers has multiple projects under construction in the Inland Empire, with notable projects including Sorano in Moreno Valley, a 266-unit, 3-story walk-up and Mission Lofts in Riverside, a 208-unit 4-story on-grade building with a 4-unit, 2-story townhome building.

“The Crossings of Chino Hills is the latest addition to our Inland Empire portfolio. It is an example of top-quality construction work. Wermers’ 60-year longevity and success in the multi-family industry is proof of our continued commitment to building superior product on-time and under-budget,” said Jeff Bunker, President of Wermers Multi-Family Corporation.
