Wermers Multi-Family Corporation, San Diego’s premier nationally-ranked and awarded multi-family general contractor, begins work on Phase 6 of the Centrum Apartments, a community of 442 luxury rental homes located in Kearny Mesa.
Centrum Apartments Phase 6 will include the construction of a 5-story, Type 3A residential building over a 3-story, Type 1A parking structure with one subterranean level. Wermers will also build the amenity spaces which include a leasing center, fitness room, club room, sky deck, and lavishly landscaped courtyards. The project team will be led by Vice President Richard Wood, an industry veteran who has worked with Wermers for over thirty years.
Wermers Multi-Family Corporation was also selected as the general contractor for previous phases of the Centrum Apartments, including the recently-completed Vive on the Park. Vive is a community of 550 residential units in a 5-story, Type 3A residential building over a 3-story, Type 1-A parking structure with one subterranean level.
