Wermers Multi-Family Corporation, Southern California’s premier nationally-ranked and awarded multifamily general contractor, begins work on Vernola Apartments, a community of 397 luxury rental homes at the corner of Pats Ranch Road and 68th Street in Jurupa Valley, CA.
Vernola Apartments will be a 2 to 3-story walk-up consisting of 25 residential buildings with attached garages, and four ancillary buildings that comprise the lavish amenity spaces. The luxurious clubhouse building includes a high-end leasing center, offices, lounge areas, and an elevated mailroom with electronic parcel lockers. The project also includes a resort-style pool with cabanas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and gathering spaces for entertaining.
The project team will be led by Barry Weber, Wermers’ Vice President of Construction for over twenty years and an industry leader with over thirty years of experience in the multifamily industry and a wide breadth of knowledge in all facets of construction.
