<p>Friday October, 28th 2011 &#8211; Wermers Multi-Family Corp. has completed the City Heights Square Mixed-Use Project in City Heights, San Diego.</p>
<p>This project offers 21,000 square feet of retail space, rental living units, and three levels of parking. Walgreens is already open and occupying 10,000 square feet of the retail space with the remaining space left for needed community services.</p>
<p>Vice President Richard Wood lead the Wermers team on this project with Ken Maskevich as Project Manager, Mr. Marco Leyva and Rodney Short as Superintendents, Jaime Falcon as Site Coordinator and Lorrie Kline as Project Accountant.</p>

<p>Wermers Multi-Family Corp. announces completion of Doria (formally known as Stonegate) in Irvine Ranch.</p>
<p>Designed with Spanish Colonial style architecture these apartment buildings each feature a central courtyard, pool and tot lot. The homes each exceed Title 24 energy efficiency standards by 15%. In addition a 3,000 square-foot community building provides a computer lab, kitchen, management offices and lounge.</p>
